Lessons begin with warmups to strengthen and develop the voice and help the student cultivate awareness, creating the biofeedback necessary for a singer.

The second half of the lesson is spent on repertoire, audition preparation, arrangement ideas, and musicianship development. The educator and the student will make song selections, considering age and vocal ability.

At the end.

 At the end of each lesson, students receive a recap of their work and a list of things to focus on for the week ahead.

Piano lessons and combined voice & piano lessons are also offered.

Lessons are offered weekly or biweekly, lasting 45 or 60 minutes, depending on individual goals and needs. (Children under 12 should take 45-minute lessons weekly to maintain interest and progress.)

Weekly 60-minute lessons are $110, and Weekly 45-minute lessons are $90.

Bi-weekly 60-minute lessons are $115, and Bi-weekly 45-minute lessons are $95.

Drop-in 60-minute sessions are $125.

Sliding Scale is available, but not during peak studio hours from 5-7 pm on weekdays.

Lessons are offered in person at my Private Studio in Seattle, WA, or Online in the comfort of your home.

Consistency is the key to success! When beginning lessons, a 4-lesson minimum commitment for adults and a school year-long commitment for minors is required. Prioritized after-school and weekend hours are available for students during the school year.

You don't need any prior experience at all. However, self-practice between lessons is essential for developing your voice as an instrument. Passionate and committed students are encouraged to sign up!
